SD Title Co, owned and operated by Dave and Maryalice Larson, is the name of the umbrella company that now owns the original title and abstract companies in Brule, Lyman, Jones, and Jackson Counties – each of which is over 100 years old. 

We are a locally owned, full-service title company offering title insurance and closing services with the advantage of an in-house attorney. Dave is a third-generation attorney and title insurance agent, and his wife, Maryalice, is a licensed title insurance and closing agent with over 20 years of experience managing all types of transactions.
